Dive Into The Lagoon!
The Lagoon is a Creature From the Black Lagoon influenced space. Fun and casual was our intention for this spot with playful Tiki cocktails that range from riffs on classics to our takes with South American and Southeast Asian tropical inspired flavors. Hawaiian favorites such as Loco Moco Sliders, Coconut Shrimp, Flash Fried Spam Musubi, Curry Fries are what we are aiming for to stuff your faces.
The space was designed so that The Lagoon would be a backdrop giving us the flexibility to flip the design and concepts, with a holdover from before - Roadkill - a trailer park tropical getaway coming back into rotation in different iterations. This will allow for guest artists, friends and designers to collaborate with us, in hopes of giving our guests different experiences in one location at different times of the year. This space will continually evolve, so come dive in often!
